My mission is to inspire, educate, and help people live a well-balanced lifestyle. I give my clients the tools they need to be successful in their day-to-day life. It’s all about creating balance, teaching yourself to have a healthy relationship with food, and making time for yourself to move that bod. Because, YOU deserve it! I specialize in full body workouts, strength training, nutritional counseling, and weight loss.
Motivation: Playing Volleyball at Washington State, I worked with extremely talented and well-educated trainers for many years. I learned the correct way to strength train, how to eat properly, and the impact taking care of your body (the best instrument you will ever own) can have on your overall health and well-being. I quickly realized how taking care of my own body had a direct correlation with my energy levels, self-esteem, and inner spirit. Through education, proper exercise programs, and good nutritional habits, my hope is for every one of my clients to experience the quality of life they deserve.
My strong passion for health and fitness combined with the urge to make a difference, lead me to the fabulous, chic, and very sexy city of Seattle, Washington. Although, at heart, I am a small town girl, I am enjoying every minute of the city life!
