GENERAL FITNESS PROGRAMS

As with all programs offered, General Fitness Training utilizes a unique blend of resistance training, anaerobic exercise, Yoga, and Pilates to refine and strengthen. This system is designed to inspire both mental and physical positive living habits.

REHABILITATION /INJURY RECOVERY

Custom tailored workouts to help you recover and regain strength, flexibility and health after an injury. Ja’Warren can consult with your team of doctors to design the best possible program for rehabilitation.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Designed to help you attain the level of athletic performance specific to your personal goals, Sports Performance programs often concentrate on speed, agility, flexibility, mobility, and core strength.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Strength, stamina, and flexibility are areas critical to any sport. JHFP has successfully built custom programs for track and field athletes, golfers, basketball, softball, baseball, tennis, squash, and football players.

BODY SCULPTING / WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

General Fitness Training is key for weight loss, but it can be introduced into an existing program, or implemented as a new program, tone, sculpt, and build lean muscle. Building muscle increases muscularity, while toning improves definition.

PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM

During pregnancy many women suffer from low back pain, which can lead to sleepless nights and general discomfort. The pre pregnancy program is designed to keep you healthy, strong, and happy throughout your pregnancy. An assortment of Pilates provides a workout focused on strengthening both your core and stability. A similar yoga and Pilates combination is an essential element of post pregnancy revitalization.
