
Ja’Warren Hooker Personal Trainer
Ja’Warren Hooker is a high calibar fitness performance trainer and lifestyle coach based in Seattle. Certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association, he has been working with clients in the Seattle-Metropolitan area for over ten years.
As part of his pursuit of athletic excellence and positive results Ja’Warren has studied yoga, Pilates, anatomy, massage, general fitness, and dance movement. Ja’Warren’s training programs are tailored specifically for each individual and their varying needs. He helps clients set goals and works hard to ensure they achieve them using a unique blend of fitness methods custom fitted to each client.
Ja’Warren’s warm and easy-going personality makes working with him easy, comfortable, and fun. He is known for his professionalism, extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, attention to detail, and dedication to his clients.
Ja’Warren was a successful athlete throughout high school and college and is a decorated American sprinter, and was a member of the Sydney Olympic U.S. men’s 4×400-meter relay team. He received an athletic scholarship to attend the University of Washington where he played football for two years and sprinted for all four years of his stay.
In an attempt to broaden his athletic knowledge and provide a distinctive brand of athletic training, Ja’Warren committed himself to studying physical fitness and health. His past accomplishments are indications of his athletic ability but they don’t tell the whole story.
