FAQ ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING

As your body gains strength and begins to feel and look healthier, you also tend to experience an increased sense of personal happiness and satisfaction. The effects of working out and staying healthy are most readily noticeable on the exterior, especially by others, but the greater overall effect is an emotional one that can be measured through an improved confidence, new found happiness and a jump in self-esteem or personal image. All of these mental factors are signs of a deeper connection, which can partially be described as a spiritual one, between the mind and body.

Although the initial goal of any physical or fitness training program may be to lose weight or to develop additional strength, agility or speed, a healthier physical condition often leads to a healthier mind state. As one’s body, their physical presence, gains strength and begins to feel and look healthier, they also tend to experience an increased sense of personal happiness and satisfaction.

Will you come to my home or my gym?

Most of my training is done from your home or desired location. I can travel to downtown hotels for out of town visitors.

Do I need to have my own fitness equipment?

For out first workout I will bring the necessary equipment. But after our contract is established, I will provide you with a list of inexpensive equipment that may purchase.

Examples of equipment: Medicine ball, exercise ball, Dumbbells, yoga mat, exercise resistance  bands.

I am recovering from an injury, can you help me rehabilitate and get stronger while being sensitive to my needs?

I am available to consult with your doctor or physical therapist to develop a workout program that best suits your needs. My in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology helps in your recovery process. I coordinate your workout accordingly to get the best result and keep you safe and healthy.

Can you train me and my spouse/friend/sister at the same time?

I have done workouts with many couples and also group. It is very easy to accommodate client in this matter. Also during the summers months I put on boot-camps where there larger groups.

Can you help motivate me…. will it be fun?

Most of my client truly have a fun time with me. My job is to find what drives you and motivates you. I am a huge encourager, and I believe that positive reinforcement equals positive results. The only way that you will continue to workout is for it first to be fun, secondly to be creative and third to see results. Many of my clients tend to stay with me for years. I provide a fun, and energetic service….with positive healthy results.

What are your rates?

Rates and Package vary depending on frequency of workouts. Please contact me for a phone consultation to discuss your options.

What is your availability?

My staff and I tend to start training at 6am and our last session ends at 6:30pm.

How soon will I see results?

Results will vary depending on the individual. But I promise to do my job and if you meet me half way then results will come quickly.

I have a big event coming up in three months, can you help me to look and feel fantastic?

I’ve been called to do many “Blast workouts”. From vacations to weddings and occasions of any kind. When it comes to these fast changes it is very crucial that you follow the program that I will design for you closely. I love what I do and I can design a program to help meet your goals.
